Sunil is not your typical recruiter. Before founding SUD Recruiting, he spent over a decade working as a Data Science and Analytics professional at Citi and eBay, where he built his expertise across marketing analytics, credit risk and predictive modeling. That hands-on field experience gave him something most recruiters simply do not have, the ability to truly understand the roles he recruits for, speak fluently with both hiring managers and candidates, and simultaneously assess technical capability and cultural fit.

SUD Recruiting was born out of Sunil’s frustration with traditional recruiting agencies that threw resumes at hiring managers without any real understanding of the work or the people behind it. He set out to build the firm he always wished existed, one where deep domain expertise, genuine relationships and a consultative approach are the foundation of everything.
