Ursula Singh

Ursula comes with 11+ years of recruiting expertise connecting exceptional people with opportunities across the analytics and technology landscape, including AI/ML, deep learning, statistics, cybersecurity, data engineering, and digital, product, financial, and healthcare analytics. She has worked with niche startups, specialized businesses, and multinational organizations across a wide range of industries.

Before recruiting, Ursula worked in analytics across a few industries including Finance, Publishing and Higher Education.  Ursula’s technical background helps her to have a deeper understanding client’s needs as well as gives her the unique ability to assess candidates. Ursula doesn’t view her role as simply filling jobs but to become a trusted partner to her clients, learning their business, understanding their challenges, and becoming a subject-matter expert so that she can find the best fit for the role and organization at large.

For Ursula, recruiting is truly about the people and the relationships she builds.  Her relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, candidates, and her own network are the foundation of how she recruits, allowing her to successfully help hundreds of clients and candidates fill their needs.

Ursula holds a MBA from University of Rochester and a Masters from Wake Forest University. She enjoys spending time with my family and friends (I am part of a cookbook club which is super fun!), exploring new places (actually or virtually through books), and solving the NY Times Sunday puzzle (usually well into the next week.)
