Why We Built This Firm
Sunil spent years on the other side of the table as a hiring manager in Data Science. And like most hiring managers, he dealt with recruiters who just didn’t get it. Resumes that missed the mark. Candidates who weren’t even close. Calls that felt like a waste of time. He knew someone could do this better. So he decided that someone would be him.
As for the name, we actually tried to come up with something clever. But the good domains were taken and the fancy names felt forced. So we went with what felt real. SUD Recruiting is named after our founder and we wear that with pride.
