The Platform Was Not Built for Passive Talent
LinkedIn’s algorithm prioritizes active users. But the best AI and Data talent is not looking for a job. They are happily employed and not responding to your InMail. A job posting only attracts active candidates. It does absolutely nothing to reach the people you actually want.
The Noise Problem Is Getting Worse
Candidates are now using AI to tailor their resumes to look perfect for every role they apply to. The result is that everyone looks great on paper and everyone looks the same. Volume is up. Quality is down. And your time is being wasted sorting through it.
You Have to Speak the Language
If you don’t speak the language of AI and Data your outreach will never resonate with top candidates. Without deep market knowledge you simply don’t know who the strong players are, where they are, or how to approach them in a way that gets a real response. Generic outreach in a specialized field gets ignored every single time.
Relationships Are Everything
Without a relationship there is no trust. Without trust passive candidates will not engage. Building that pipeline takes years of relationship building inside a specific niche. LinkedIn cannot replicate that. It is not something that happens overnight. It is earned.
