Howard Fishman

Howard is a veteran recruiter and executive coach with almost 25 years of recruiting experience. Prior to joining Sud Recruiting, Howard was a Principal at a leading recruiting firm where he focused on filling leadership positions that emphasize superior analytic talent and the use of advanced quantitative/modeling techniques and technology in business decision making (e.g. data science, credit risk management, machine learning, business intelligence, data engineering, marketing analytics).  Howard has successfully managed searches for his clients across a range of industries including, but not limited to Financial Services, Fintech, Technology, Management Consulting, Life Science and E-commerce.

Prior to beginning his recruiting career, Howard held senior level positions at a number of well-known direct marketing and digital advertising agencies as well as serving as a marketing executive within online/technology startups.

Howard holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. He is also in the process of completing his Life Coaching certification.  He lives in Manhattan with his family and can sometimes be seen performing improvisational comedy around the city.
