Background: One of the nation’s largest Healthcare systems seeks to hire a Data Analyst within its Analytics group to mine HR data from its Workday platform. Senior Analyst will build dashboards and perform analytics that provide strategic insights into HR initiatives.

What Will You Do:

  • act as a data SME for the organizations Workday platform
  • understand object level detail within Workday and its corresponding data variables to mine and perform strategic analysis that evolve strategic HR decision making
  • proactively partner with stakeholders across the Enterprise to understand their HR reporting and analysis needs, provide a consultative approach where analytics is utilized to evolve HR strategic decisioning, scope analytical projects, own the development and delivery of the analysis
  • mine and analyze Workday object level data to create dashboards and perform analytics that provide strategic insights into HR initiatives as it pertains to: talent retention, recruiting efforts, employee attrition, HR strategic planning, benefits management and payroll
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, standardize, and implement data & analytics solutions, including enhanced tools and process improvements

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience leveraging HR Workday specific data for reporting, analytics, and delivering strategic insights
  • Workday object level data is a MUST
  • Solid SQL skills is a MUST
  • Experience using leading BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is highly desired
  • Experience providing strategic insights into healthcare analytics performed
