Background: One of the nation’s largest Healthcare systems seeks to hire a VP of Analytics Business Partnership. VP will establish effective partnerships across the Enterprise to identify areas of opportunities where Analytics including Data Science can be utilized to solve business challenges that drive value for the healthcare system.
What Will You Do:
- this role is highly consultative and serves as the strategic liaison between senior business unit leaders across the Enterprise and Data Science / Analytics teams to: understand business challenges, define opportunities where Analytics can be leveraged to solve problems, unlock opportunities, create innovative analytical solutions that drive value across the health system
- in collaboration with senior stakeholders, build applied use cases that will add greatest value to clinical and non-clinical business units including: claims reimbursement models, clinical analytics, revenue cycles, population health, network utilization, safety initiatives, patient surveys, fraud mitigation, gaining supply chain efficiencies, marketing optimization, improving HR churn
- work with strategic leaders converting vision into strategy, leverage the power of Analytics / Data Science, demonstrate a balance of innovation with discipline and structure, champion value-add change and evolution
- drive Analytics initiatives through the development lifecycle, ensure solutions meet the business definition of ‘done’, ensure successful implementation of analytical solutions
- lead a senior staff of Analytics Business Partners (ABP’s) that are a driving force of change, partnership, and delivery of quality analytical solutions across the health system

Required Experience:
- must have senior executive presence and polish
- must have healthcare experience preferably within the Providers space
- demonstrated ability to provide consultative support to senior leaders in leveraging Analytics and Data Science to cultivate strategies that provide significant value add to Enterprise clinical and non-clinical initiatives
- must have strong analytical, consultative, storytelling skills that provide critical value-add to Enterprise initiatives
- demonstrated experiences with the delivery of analytical / data science projects
