Leading Fortune 500 Retailer seeks a Senior Analyst within its Supply Chain group to analyze data and provide actionable insights to better inform operational decision-making, specifically in the areas of warehousing and transportation optimization.
What Will You Do:
- work with key strategic partners within Operations to analyze warehousing and transportation data in order to provide recommendations for supply chain optimization
- perform analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, solution alternatives, and calculate benefits to the integrated supply chain (i.e. distribution center optimization and fleet utilization)
- build interactive dashboards within Power BI to highlight supply chain KPIs and performance
- provide findings through data storytelling and infuse them into short/long term business strategies
- work with technical data specialists to migrate disparate warehouse and transportation data into one accessible platform for accurate reporting of supply chain performance

Responsibilities/Experience:
- must have 5+ years of supply chain analytics experience within transportation and warehousing
- experience with leading supply chain optimization simulation tools (i.e. Llamasoft, JDA, Logility, Arkieva, CPLEX) is highly desired
- proficiency with SQL and a leading BI tool (Tableau, Power BI) is a nice to have
