Title: Technical Customer Success Manager
Background: One of the nation’s largest Healthcare systems seeks to hire a Technical Customer Success Manager to join its Data Platform team. The Technical Customer Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding new customers and providing implementation support for its proprietary SaaS data platform. The Technical Customer Success Manager will educate customers on data platform capabilities and serve as the liaison between customers and key platform stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of platform.
What Will You Do:
• Act as a SME for the organization’s proprietary SaaS data platform
• Collaborate with various internal teams including Analytics Delivery, Data Science and Data to manage timely customer onboarding, product rollout and training
• Develop a deep understanding of customer’s business and operational objectives and clearly communicate expectations with both customers and key internal stakeholders
• Educate customers on platform capabilities while being responsible for best-in-class user adoption, revenue retention & growth, and customer advocacy
• Maintain visibility into product performance and provide customer feedback to internal teams for platform optimization
• Advocate for product features and improvements as the voice of the customer and work cross-functionally with internal product teams to champion change

Required Experience:
• 4+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting experience where you ensured successful implementation and adoption of SaaS based software
• Ability to problem-solve and use stellar interpersonal skills to communicate solutions & influence outcomes
• Must have prior experience with data specific tools, stacks and solutions
• Prior experience working with a high tech or SaaS company is a nice to have
• Healthcare experience is a nice to have
