Global Marketing Agency seeks a Senior Manager, Marketing Sciences & Analytics. Senior Manager will apply analytics to optimize client marketing initiatives. Additionally, the Senior Manager will take analytical findings and collaborate with Strategists to infuse them into short / long term marketing strategies.
What Will the Senior Manager, Marketing Sciences & Analytics Do:
- collaborate with vendors on multi-touch attribution models that optimize marketing ROI across channel touchpoints
- provide insights into the customer journey including full-funnel touchpoint tracking and attribution
- optimize customer experience by building personalization and recommendation engines at the product, channel, content levels
- cultivate a test and learn environment by creating marketing experiments and measurement plans that optimize marketing ROI (A/B and multivariate tests)
- provide strategic insights into acquisition, retention, and churn marketing initiatives across digital channels
- take analytical findings and infuse them into short / long term marketing strategies
- utilize machine learning and predictive analytics to build marketing models (i.e., lifetime value, response, look-alike audience targeting)

Responsibilities/Experience:
