Background: Innovative and rapidly growing company within the Fortune 300 space seeks a Senior Director of Data Science to join and lead its Data Science practice. The Senior Director will develop and deploy state-of-the-art AI solutions including machine learning, NLP, and deep learning to solve critical business questions across its vast Enterprise.

 

What Will You Do:

  • work with key strategic partners across the Enterprise, understand areas of opportunity, and build end-to-end advanced analytical solutions that address critical business needs spanning: customer experience, marketing optimization, supply chain, and operations
  • lead a team of Data Scientists that deploy leading machine learning algorithms to: optimize customer lifetime value, grow customer base, mitigate customer churn, generate accurate customer demand and consumption forecasts
  • leverage NLP techniques to gain operational efficiencies including: understanding customer sentiment and powering Chatbots to understand customer intention for personalized responses
  • utilize deep learning techniques including image and vision detection to spot equipment malfunctions or misconfiguring’s that will thwart negative customer experiences
  • apply advanced analytics that optimize margins through strategic dynamic pricing initiatives
  • proactively monitor the latest AI trends that can benefit the organization

Responsibilities/Experience:

  • Masters / PhD in a quantitative and technical discipline
  • Management experience and strong Executive presence is a MUST where analytics is utilized to evolve strategic decisioning
  • Must have 10+ years of applied advanced analytics solving critical business questions (machine learning, NLP, deep learning)
