Background: One of the nations largest health care systems is seeking a Senior Director of Analytics Delivery within their Data Science practice. The Senior Director of Analytics Delivery will facilitate the adoption of data driven decisioning utilizing Epic Clarity. This role will report into their Chief Data Officer.
What Will You Do:
- act as a subject matter expert on Epic Clarity and a thought leader on how to use analytics and business intelligence (BI) to further patient care
- develop innovative self-service analytic solutions that provide critical insights on clinical, access, and revenue cycle initiatives
- champion and lead the delivery of timely, high quality data, and analytics for the enterprise
- lead a large team of data analysts, business intelligence (BI) developers, and strategic analytics delivery experts that will provide critical insights into provider analytics
- manage Epic Clarity team and ensure the data is accurate to power actionable reporting, dashboards, visualizations

Responsibilities/Experience:
- 10+ years of health system analytics experience within business intelligence
- Solid Epic Clarity experiences with reporting, dashboard development, and visualizations
