Background: One of the nation’s largest Healthcare providers seeks an EDI Healthcare professional to join its Business Intelligence group. The Senior Analyst will be an expert on healthcare EDI transactions specifically X12 837 and 835 transactions sets including its parsing & providing reporting and strategic insights to healthcare provider initiatives including revenue management and market access.
What Will You Do:
- serve as a SME and technical contact for internal and external stakeholders on any EDI-related issues
- assist with the mapping of data to/from common EDI formats to/from proprietary, XML, JSON, and other formats
- mine and audit EDI data to track outcomes to ensure accuracy of all transactions
- utilize SQL for reporting and providing strategic insights on the following initiatives: market access, claims, enrollments, eligibility and authorizations, revenue management, strategic planning & expansion
- utilize SQL on EDI transactions for dashboard development to address critical provider questions
