Background: One of the nation’s largest health care systems is in the process of a generational digital transformation and seeks to staff their newly created Agile team with a Scrum Masters. This role will report into the Senior Agile Coach.
What Will You Do:
- support the team including product owners and delivery partners through the adoption of Agile and Scrum best practices for a more predictable delivery
- work with product owners to understand priorities, produce sprint plans, and ensure commitments made are appropriate and uphold scrum principles
- lead critical meetings including scrum ceremonies, sprint reviews, and planning sessions
- communicate with all levels within organization to build trust, ensure transparency of development process and team performance, facilitate decision making, and coordinate issue resolution
- collaborate on Agile and Scrum training initiatives
