Background: Digital Technology firm specializing in Digital Strategy & Analytics for its clients seeks a Senior Analyst of Performance Marketing Analytics.

Senior Analyst will build measurement plans, analyze paid media initiatives, provide actionable insights to improve the performance of digital marketing channels including: social media, programmatic display Ads, SEM, affiliate marketing, native Ads.

What Will You Do:

  • create measurement plans and analyze campaign success across performance marketing initiatives: social media, programmatic display Ads, SEM, affiliate marketing, native Ads
  • turn performance marketing data into meaningful stories, identify profit/growth opportunities, provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize paid media digital strategy, take analytical findings and infuse them into short / long term digital marketing strategies
  • cultivate a test and learn environment by creating marketing experiments: A/B testing and MVT
  • provide analytical and strategic insights into the customer journey, full funnel tracking, attribution, media mix optimizations to increase ROAS/ROI/MROI
  • build audience segments for targeting to drive clicks, impressions, shares, conversions
  • develop dashboards that track performance marketing KPI
  • provide marketing analytics support (i.e.: A/B testing, segmentation, campaign analysis, reporting, marketing attribution, customer journey, channel forecasting, allocation of media mix, audience targeting)
  • perform root cause analysis to uncover drivers / trends in marketing performance and make recommendations to improve them

Responsibilities/Experience:

  • Must have a Bachelors or Masters in a quantitative discipline
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing, reporting, optimizing KPI on performance marketing initiatives: social media, programmatic display Ads, SEM, affiliate marketing, native Ads
  • marketing analytics is a MUST (i.e.: A/B testing, segmentation, campaign analysis, reporting, marketing attribution, customer journey, channel forecasting, allocation of media mix, audience targeting)
  • Strong SQL skills to mine/analyze data + proficiency with any leading BI tools to visualize data (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Analytics is a MUST
  • Self-starter, passion for number crunching, strong analytical mindset, critical thinking to solve digital marketing challenges
