seeks a Marketing Analytics, Lead Analyst to join its Analytics group. Lead Analyst will provide data driven insights into the performance of its marketing initiatives and overall customer strategies.

What Will You Do:

  • Build measurement plans including design marketing experiments (A/B testing), analyze marketing campaign performance, and provide strategic recommendations on how performance can be optimized going forward
  • Perform analytics on B2C customer strategies and provide critical insights on how performance can be further improved by optimizing relevant P&L drivers
  • Build customer segmentation schemes that enable strategic teams to better understand customer behavior and as a result improve the overall customer experience through targeted acquisition, retention, churn, personalization strategies
  • Analyze funnel and sales data to empower and incentivize agents to sell products with higher margins
  • Prototype, build, and automate dashboards to visualize leading KPI trends
  • Analyze customer engagements, transactions, and 3rd party data to influence strategic business decisions

Responsibilities/Experience:

  • Must have 4+years of extensive hands-on business analytics, marketing analytics, OR customer analytics experience using SQL to analyze data delivering insightful recommendations on analysis performed
  • good to strong experience writing SQL queries
  • ability to take data and provide strategic recommendations on analysis performed
  • ability to visualize leading KPI using tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc. is a NICE to have
