Background: eCommerce CPG leader seeks a Senior Analytics Lead to join its newly created Customer Analytics group. The Lead Analyst will provide data driven insights into the performance of its various brands, marketing campaigns, and customer journey.

What Will You Do:

  • provide brand managers with in-depth analytics and customer insights to understand brand performance
  • provide marketing analytics support (i.e.: A/B testing, segmentation, campaign analysis, reporting, customer analysis, insights on marketing attribution and customer journey)
  • build marketing segmentation schemes that enable brands to better understand their customer / purchase activity and improve retention with personalization efforts
  • build measurement plans, analyze digital marketing campaign performance, provide insights / recommendations on how marketing campaigns can continuously produce ROI
  • measure business performance, visualize, and identify key trends by brand, product SKU sales, distribution channels
  • provide analytical support on pricing and distribution efforts
  • provide strategic recommendations on how the brands can increase sales, gain market share, optimize share of wallet, and identify strengths, risks, & opportunities for the brands

  • Must have 4+ years of extensive hands-on business analytics experience using SQL to analyze data and ultimately deliver final insightful recommendations
  • Proven analytics experience within business analytics, marketing analytics, customer analytics
  • Strong marketing analytics (i.e.: marketing campaign analysis, A/B testing, segmentation, reporting, customer analysis, attribution, customer journey)
  • Ability to take data and provide strategic recommendations on analysis performed
  • R / Python skills are a NICE to have
  • Strong experience with leading BI tools (Tableau or Power BI) and SQL is a MUST
