Background: The Lead Analyst of Web Analytics will own website marketing performance and its optimization across its various Brand websites. Additionally, the Analyst will provide adhoc analytical support on other digital channels as well.

What Will the Lead Analyst, Web Analytics do:

  • build measurement plans, analyze marketing website campaign performance, and constantly provide insights and strategic recommendations on how site initiatives can be optimized to increase engagement and conversions
  • own test & learn marketing website initiatives. Conceptualize, analyze, and provide strategic insights into marketing experiments (A/B and MVT)
  • provide insights into the customer journey including full-funnel touchpoint tracking and conversion analysis
  • build out audience segments for behavioral targeted marketing
  • recommend and maintain tags and provide general tag management support
  • build dashboards that track website KPI to identify trends and insights that evolve digital marketing strategies
  • provide analytics on all channels just not limited to site including social, mobile, paid, and email marketing initiatives

  • 3+ years of proven website analytics experience specifically within marketing experiments / tests (A/B testing and MVT)
  • Experience with web analytics is a MUST (A/B testing, campaign analysis, customer journeys, segmentation, reporting)
  • Experience analyzing website data and providing strategic recommendations on site initiatives
  • Experience with either Adobe Analytics OR Google Analytics is a MUST
  • Experience with leading BI tools and SQL is a NICE to have
