Background: Innovative and STILL rapidly growing company within the Fortune 300 space seeks a Data Scientist to join its Advanced Analytics practice.

Data Scientist will perform predictive analytics including applying machine learning to solve critical business needs ranging from: improving customer experience, marketing optimization, pricing & margin optimization, and forecasting.

What Will You Do:

  • work with strategic partners to understand areas of opportunity where Data Science & advanced Analytics can add value, apply predictive analytics including machine learning that address critical Enterprise business needs spanning marketing, customer retention, margin optimization, forecasting
  • apply machine learning techniques to optimize marketing initiatives: customer lifetime value (CLTV), grow customer base and loyalty, mitigate customer churn, optimize marketing acquisitions, retention, churn initiatives
  • build predictive models that evolve customer strategies as it pertains to margin optimization, pricing, revenue growth, product mix, offer strategy
  • utilize machine learning to improve forecasting capabilities as it pertains to customer demand
  • leverage Statistics, machine learning, model optimization strategies that enhance predictive models which add greatest value to evolve various business initiatives
  • provide data storytelling, utilize analytical findings to influence senior leadership, take analytical findings and infuse them into short / long term business strategies

  • role is located in the DFW area


  • masters / PhD in a quantitative OR technical discipline
  • solid B2C machine learning experience preferred within: pricing, forecasting, margin optimization, CLTV, marketing optimization
  • must have applied machine learning experiences using Python
  • predictive analytics, statistics, model optimization experiences are a MUST
  • client facing, articulate, great communication
