Background: One of the nation’s largest Healthcare systems seeks to hire a Data Scientists to Senior Data Scientists to develop and deploy analytical solutions including applying Machine Learning and NLP to solve critical business needs across the Enterprise ranging from: improving patient care, marketing optimization, and HR initiatives.
What Will You Do:
- liaison with strategic partners across the Enterprise to understand opportunities where machine learning can be utilized to solve business challenges and/or optimize critical business functions
- utilize machine learning to improve patient care: build models to determine patient fall risk, early disease detection by identifying high-risk markers and model disease progression, identify at-risk patients and crafting preventative treatment plans leading to a better outcome
- leverage NLP on patient data to solve complex disease scenarios i.e., disease progression, evolution of diseases, disease prevention
- apply machine learning to optimize marketing spend and improve patient experience (recommendation engines, personalization, attribution)
- deploy machine learning on HR data to predict, understand, and manage attrition rates
- proactively monitor the latest AI trends that can benefit the organization

Responsibilities/Experience:
- Masters / PhD in a quantitative and technical discipline
- Must have 3+ years of applied machine learning / NLP experience
