Background: One of the nation’s largest Healthcare systems seeks to hire a Senior Data Analyst to join its Business Intelligence & Analytics group. Data Analyst will analyze clinical / operational data and provide strategic insights and recommendations that will help to optimize both patient care and patient experience.
What Will the Senior Data Analyst Do:
- perform strategic analytics on clinical and operational data that enable strategic leaders to make informed decisions on optimizing patient care / experience
- analyze clinical, claims, and financial data from Epic Clarity and 3rd party data sources and provide critical insights that advance health care delivery
- leverage EMR/EHR and 3rd party data and perform strategic analysis on: safety initiatives and quality management performance (outcomes, utilization, survey data)
- analyze contract scenarios: forecast and identify trends to improve contract outcomes
- build dashboards and identify trends on the following initiatives: clinical, claims, financial, patient survey, at-risk patients
- present analytical findings and formulate recommendations on healthcare data analyze
