Background: One of the nation’s largest Healthcare systems seeks to hire a Senior Data Analyst within their Epic Clarity Analytics team. The Senior Data Analyst will analyze healthcare data from Epic Clarity and build dashboards and perform analysis that provide strategic insights into clinical and claims data.
What Will You Do:
- collaborate with strategic partners across the Organization including clinical and operations leaders and understand their reporting and data visualization needs
- Epic Clarity SME that is responsible for the development and automation of healthcare BI solutions from end to end i.e.: ideation meetings, proactively present reporting options to stakeholders, data mining, and delivering finished dashboards / visualizations
- pull, mine, analyze, audit all data and KPI calculations in dashboards to ensure accuracy and prototype dashboards until desired outcome is achieved
- perform adhoc analytics on healthcare data outside of Epic Clarity
- troubleshoot data quality issues and modify existing reports / dashboards per stakeholder requests

Required Experience:
- Epic Clarity certification is a MUST
- 3+ years of end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) development experience specifically within healthcare
- good SQL skills to pull, mine, analyze, and audit data and KPI calculations
- proficiency with leading BI tools for visualization is a MUST (Tableau, Power BI, etc)
- client facing, someone who can provide guidance in the dashboard prototyping process
