seeks a Lead Data Analyst to join its Marketing Analytics group. Lead Analyst will be the data SME and work with Marketing Analysts to ensure they are utilizing it effectively for maximum gains!

What Will You Do:

  • collaborate with Technology to understand the inner workings of both customer and marketing data
  • act as the data SME for the Marketing Analytics group, become very familiar with the data model, coach Marketing Analysts on how the data can be efficiently utilized for intelligent decision making
  • become proficient with the data catalog that provides critical context about the data i.e. definition, values, its lineage, to ensure Marketing Analysts are well informed on the data they are using
  • will mine customer / marketing data, transform it, and provide quality assurance support to ensure its validity for analytical studies
  • provide general prototyping of dashboards including marketing analytics support (campaign analysis, segmentation, reporting)

Responsibilities/Experience:

  • must have 4+years of extensive experience working with data and transforming it
  • strong communication and project management skills, thorough understanding of data management strategies
  • strong SQL skills to transform and quality check data is a MUST
  • supporting a marketing analytics, customer analytics, business analytics function is highly desired
  • ability to visualize leading KPI using tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc. is a NICE to have
  • python knowledge is a big plus
