Background: Disruptor within the Healthcare Technology space seeks a Business Intelligence Developer to join its Analytics team. The BI Developer will build dashboards and visualizations that provide insights into its business initiatives spanning Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
What Will You Do:
- responsible for the development of Tableau dashboards from end to end
- collaborate with strategic partners across the organization and understand their reporting and data visualization needs
- pull, mine, analyze, audit all data and KPI calculations in Tableau dashboards to ensure accuracy and prototype dashboards until a desired outcome is achieved
- build and maintain Tableau dashboards that empower users to answer critical questions spanning Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance
- provide adhoc analytics support and critical insights on analysis performed as it pertains to: sales outlook, service KPI, marketing optimization, profitability studies on new/existing business strategies, operational efficiencies
- perform analytics, provide data storytelling on findings, make strategic recommendations to Executives that influence strategic business decisions

Required Experience:
- 2+ years of end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) development experience specifically using Tableau
- good SQL skills to pull, mine, analyze, and audit data and KPI calculations
- proficiency with Tableau is a MUST
- client facing, someone who can provide guidance in the dashboard prototyping process and present findings to senior Executives on reports / analysis performed
- passionate for data storytelling and providing critical insights to influence strategic decisions
