Background: Publicly traded Global Private Markets firm that provides customized investment and advisory solutions to its clients seeks to hire a Senior Analyst within its Business Intelligence group. The Senior Analyst will analyze both proprietary and public data and build dashboards and perform analysis that provide strategic insights to client investment portfolios.
What Will You Do:
- responsible for the development of client dashboards, reports, and visualizations that illustrate actual performance against intended strategy
- pull, mine, analyze, audit all data and KPI calculations in dashboards to ensure accuracy and prototype dashboards until desired outcome is achieved
- provide ad-hoc analytics and critical insights on: client performance, impact to portfolio performance on shifts to asset allocation, exposure to current market conditions
- develop new analytical solutions that identify areas of opportunities and meaningful insights to clients
- enhance current data infrastructure to efficiently automate dashboards

Required Experience:
- 3+ years of end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) development experience preferably within Financial Services
- good to strong SQL skills to pull, mine, analyze data
- proficiency with any leading BI tool is a MUST (Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Qlik, etc)
- client facing, analytical, someone who can provide guidance in the dashboard prototyping process
