Background: Global Analytics & Advisory firm seeks a Senior Analyst within its Marketing Analytics team to build dashboards and provide data driven insights into the performance of its marketing initiatives.


What Will You Do:

  • own the BI development process from end to end
  • collaborate with Marketing to understand reporting needs, use SQL to pull relevant data to prototype dashboards, audit KPI calculations, and work with Technology to automate reports once desired outcome is achieved
  • develop dashboards that track marketing KPI including identifying trends and providing insights that evolve marketing strategies
  • responsible for the development of marketing specific dashboards across all digital channels that provide valuable insights on: customer journey, full-funnel touchpoint tracking, engagement and conversion analysis, campaign performance (ROI), purchase trends
  • present analytical findings and formulate recommendations on marketing data analyzed
  • administer the marketing workspace in Power BI
  • identify and implement areas for improvement and automation in our reporting environment


More Info:

  • Full-time role that is currently remote since 3/2020
  • post pandemic they will deploy a very friendly WFH policy i.e. be in the ATL office 1 or 2 times per week and rest WFH. *could be 100% remote for the right candidate


Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) development experience within Power BI
  • Strong SQL skills to pull, mine, analyze, and audit data and KPI calculations
  • Building dashboards and providing strategic insights within Marketing is a MUST
