Background: One of the nation’s largest Healthcare systems seeks to hire a team of Senior Business Analysts to join its Strategic Analytics & Technology group. The Senior Business Analyst serves as the link between strategic stakeholders and technology teams to build products in an efficient manner that drive value across the health system spanning the following business units: clinical, claims, population health, revenue cycle, supply chain, marketing, compliance, HR.
What Will You Do:
- proactively partner with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across the Enterprise to translate their business needs into technical requirements by creating user stories that outline solutions that solve a specific challenge faced by a business unit
- support stakeholders by collaborating with various teams including Data Science, Analytics, Data Engineers, and Technology to shape end-to-end product strategy and solutions
- help facilitate day to day decision making and clarification of business requirements / user stories, identify areas of improvement, remedy issues along product / solution development
- contribute in the implementation and delivery of approved products / solutions including demos
- analyzing the potential impact of product / solution recommendations pre & post implementation

Required Experience:
- 4+ years of experience creating business requirement documents / user stories
- strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering and complex program/project management
- healthcare experience is a MUST
