Background: One of the nation’s largest Healthcare systems seeks to hire a BI professional from within its Business Intelligence (BI) team. The BI Developer will build dashboards and visualizations in Tableau that provide strategic insights into Enterprise-wide initiatives that will help to optimize both patient care and patient experience.
What Will You Do:
- own the BI development process from end to end i.e.: understand stakeholder reporting requests, pull, mine, analyze, audit all data and KPI calculations in dashboards to ensure accuracy, prototype dashboards until desired outcome is achieved
- responsible for the development and automation of healthcare specific dashboards and visualizations that will provide valuable insights on the following initiatives: clinical, claims reimbursements, revenue cycles, network utilization, patient surveys, safety initiatives, patient quality management performance, payer contracts
- leverage EMR/EHR and 3rd party data sources to build dashboards that enable strategic stakeholders to make informed decisions on optimizing patient care / experience
- present analytical findings and formulate recommendations on healthcare data analyzed

Required Experience:
- 4+ years of end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) development experience within Tableau
