Background: Leading Marketing Agency seeks a Senior Analyst of Marketing Analytics. The Senior Analyst will analyze customer, marketing, and 3rd party data and provide strategic insights into the performance of its direct mail and email marketing campaigns.

 

What Will You Do:

  • build measurement plans and conceptualize marketing experiments (A/B testing)
  • analyze marketing campaign performance on direct mail and email marketing initiatives and provide strategic recommendations on how marketing performance and ROI can be optimized going forward
  • build mutually exclusive customer segmentations that enable strategic teams to better understand customer behavior and as a result improve the overall customer experience through targeted acquisition, retention, churn, personalization strategies
  • provide insights into the customer journey including full-funnel touchpoint tracking
  • responsible for the development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that illustrate marketing and customer KPI trends
  • pull, mine, analyze, audit all data and KPI calculations in dashboards to ensure accuracy and prototype dashboards until desired outcome is achieved

Required Experience:

  • Solid marketing analytics experience including designing measurement plans and marketing tests, analyzing marketing campaign performance, building segmentations, dashboard development, attribution
  • MUST have direct mail OR email marketing campaign experience
  • good to strong SQL skills to pull, mine, analyze data
  • proficiency with any leading BI tool is a PLUS (Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Qlik, etc)
  • client facing, analytical, strategic, great presentation skills
