Background: One of the nation’s largest health care systems is in the process of a generational digital transformation and seeks to staff their newly created Agile team with Senior Agile Coaches.
What Will You Do:
- champion Agile / Scrum best practices across various teams by coaching, mentoring, and leading Agile ways of working
- coach team members as they transition into the Agile way of life
- build and execute learning programs for teams to increase Agility i.e. trainings, workshops, presentations, events
- work with product owners and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for Agile program participants
- establish internal KPI to assess team performance and maturity on Agile execution
- encourage teams to explore healthy Agile development practices i.e. focus on quality, technical excellence, predictable delivery, automation, and continuous delivery
